Beer and Beverages On Tap

While this event will include alcoholic beverages, we will do all we can to ensure that any drinking is done responsibly. We hope to find sponsors who will provide the best of both local and imported products. In the future, we hope that the Festhall model will hopefully allow small local breweries and brew pubs to promote their own events alongside any major sponsors, either as major and minor sponsors, or at different concert venues.

In later years, if restaurants or clubs wish to promote liquor, wines or related products that are local favourites, there is room for participation by the NLC should they choose to participate. A festival like this can offer something for all sorts of business. Certainly, there is lots of room in tasting events, or even perhaps friendly competition each year, between all sorts of vendors for the coveted title of : Oktoberfest's Favorite.
 
This festival could be the perfect place for brewers to launch new products! Perhaps even brew a specialty brew just for the festival, if we manage to make this a yearly festival. The Oktoberfest on the Rock could become the biggest dates on the calendar for many businesses.
